About Us

The San Andreas Sheriff’s Department is the premier law enforcement agency in San Andreas. The department is comprised of approximately 50 employees, both sworn and unsworn professional support staff. The department provides general law enforcement and court services for the people of San Andreas in a service area of approximately 4,200 square miles.Line

To protect the San Andreas community by preventing crime, preserving safety and protecting life and property in a manner which displays both impartiality and the utmost respect for the rights of individuals.

The San Andreas Sheriff’s Department is committed to providing a superior, professional service to the communities in which we serve. This is done in by ensuring that our staff are trained above and beyond community expectations, are adequately equipped to handle any situation they encounter, and do so in a professional manner. Staff are to maintain a professional image at all times, from the way in which they wear their uniform and present themselves, to their conduct on and off duty. Additionally, staff are to maintain a relationship with the public that gives reality to the historic tradition that the police are the public and that the public are the police, the police being only members of the public who are paid to give full-time attention to duties which are incumbent on every citizen in the interests of community welfare and existence.

IHeHz5HAn order to secure and maintain public trust in its staff, the San Andreas Sheriff’s Department must conduct all duties with complete impartial service to the law. The department further recognises that the power to fulfil our functions and duties is dependent on public approval of our existence, actions and behaviour, and on our ability to secure and maintain public respect. Staff are never to use, or misuse, information or resources which they encounter for personal purposes or gain, and are not to distribute said information to unauthorised parties. Members are expected to conduct themselves to the same standard of expectations in their personal life, as well as their professional life.
